Why We Love What We Do
It started small, a few projects, a handful of friends who wanted help pulling their spaces together. We’d grab coffee on Main Street, talk about color and clutter and how to make things flow better. Those conversations turned into sketches, and those sketches became rooms.
Now we get to do it every day. Even though our projects have grown, the feeling hasn’t changed. We still walk through homes barefoot to “feel” the space. We still stand in the middle of a room and imagine what the morning light might look like there.
We design because we love that moment – the one where someone says, “Oh wow… I didn’t think it could look like this.”
What “Coastal Modern” Really Means
People often ask about our style, and we always laugh because it’s hard to explain. We call it coastal modern, but really, it’s just Florida done right.
Think sun-washed colors, linen curtains that move with the breeze, wood that looks better as it ages, and light everywhere. We want homes that match the rhythm of this town – bright mornings, slow afternoons, and windows that always seem to be open.
We use neutrals because they’re timeless, textures because they make a room feel human, and plants because nothing brings warmth like something alive.

A lot of people think you need to start over to make your home beautiful. Not true.
Some of our favorite projects start with things our clients already own – a family table, a painting from a trip, a chair that’s seen better days. We build around those stories. A home with history always feels more authentic.
Sometimes we’ll move things around. Sometimes we’ll repaint. Sometimes we’ll say, “Let’s not buy anything new yet. Let’s just breathe in this space for a week.”

Then we start sketching. Rania still prefers pencil and paper – it slows things down and lets ideas breathe. We pull samples, fabrics, photos, and little inspiration bits until the vision starts to take shape.
